Your questions are naive, obviously however you want to word it, the banks will recover their losses in some manner to maintain their viability.
You would be better focusing on real costs or rates as a part of any advertising or promotions that are undertaken.
If you had any real understanding of consumerism, just getting credit is the first dimension. Like many things you comment on you are again tilting at windmills and wasting everyone’s time. Your fundamental question is an oxymoron.

Dont waste our time with this sort of rubbish.

This was not supposed to be a complex issue – notwhithstanding your debate and counter comments – and yes I do acknowledge the generality of what you say – but from a moral perspective – BANKS are in the business of protecting clients records – so if one was to assume that any fraud undertaken that costs Banks because they failed to protect their clients records – do they have a moral right to pass those loss’s on to their consumers – or should that cost be for their own shareholders to obsorb as Administrative cockups …

By the way – I never received your vote … important for the survey and all that you know …

I will not vote because the question is an oxymoron and I have better things to do with my time.Using your own rhetoric maybe you should have a section for protest votes against the gooses providing the question.
By the response from your comments section, I dont there think there is much interest. Maybe Brad McNabe can help you understand some of the moral issues.
