In the last 6-8 months the researcher has found working download links for 95% of all Oscar nominated movies – the 5% missing are out there but seeders are not evident. Efforts are continuing to find the balance of the Movies missing.  There are only two (2) Best Picture Oscar movie download links missing.  Efforts are ongoing to rectify these omission.

When all reviews are completed – you will be able to download all the Oscar Best Picture Nominees since 1928.   A collection like that is worth having if you love movies.

The research to date has and continues to discover many of the answers to its aims and outcomes – and yet the enduring question remains – and is fair to ask – as each decade has passes – are the most voted for movies we see during the next decade a response to the previous decades societal changes – or are the makers of Movies actually contributing and formulating the seed that leads to the changes our Society is and has experienced over the last 8-9 decades?

For the most part – Movies are about storytelling – and there are many ways to tell the same story.  The telling is in the Directors hands and he/she uses the actors to tell the story as written in a way that they want it told and portrayed.  So it becomes the Director’s vision that becomes important in understanding when this research is all said and done.

The story and its telling – with or without nudity, blood thirsty violence, or all the evolving acceptances about what movie goers want to see and pay to see – becomes the accepted medium.  There is no doubt that Movies have an impact on Society through their portrayal of moral values and human frailty – and the instinctive thirst for what is deemed ‘edge of your seat’  entertainment.  The research goal has always been a subjective question and some 12 months into the research – it is still an ongoing process in determining a final answer.

Some of the base research culmination with MovieZone’s own review, download links, and links to other Movie information for each movie in a decade collection – is now available through the table of decades presented below.

The INDEX below is structured in DECADE format – each year has the “BEST PICTURE” noted and where the review for that YEAR/DECADE has been completed – the link to the Years reviews and Decade summary appears as a GOLD link – Silver text indicate the year has not yet been reviewed.

Return links are provided to help with page navigation and to other EYE-BALL MovieZone pages.

On a final note – this has been a wonderful and continues to be most enjoyable research project – re-discovery of long since passed movie stars and their talents – i.e. the beauty of Audrey Hepburn – the wonderful talents of Bette Davis – the scripts and plots that have the same references to modern society – confirming that we are have never been alone in dealing with the same world problems we face today.  Movies are our fantasy’s relived in so many ways – but realism in what message they carry is something we all search for.

[Please enjoy the reviews and download links to see these movies all over again.]  [Movie posters appearing throughout the EYE-BALL MovieZone pages have been copied from Wikipedia and other research related source sites.]
